Ultimate white pages: This website is superb for searches in the USA (white pages and yellow pages). For searches worldwide, find the Telephone Directory for the country of your choice. For searches in the UK, try the British Telecom website. Once you have found your friend's address in the UK, you can find the postal code on the Royal Mail website, which you can then use to find out how to get there with a Map.

News: If you do not listen to the BBC news on shortwave radio, ITN has a superb news website.

Cars: Look up information about the used car you want at Autobyinternet. Also see Autosite.

Cars: If you are thinking about buying a new car, read this first. A good vintage vehicle is a much smarter buy than a new vehicle.

Immigration Problem? Mr. Wellington Smith is an attorney here in Austin, Texas. His specialty is immigration problems: his website has lots of good information and answers to questions about immigration into the United States. He also collects Elliott Clocks.

Dr. Bradford Winegar: Anyone with sinusitis or other ear, nose or throat problems who lives in the Austin, Texas area and is looking for an ENT should visit Dr. Winegar (512 - 454 - 0395). He took exceptionally good care of me in very difficult times. Brad does not appear to collect clocks nor watches (yet).

Adaware: checks for spyware on your hard drive and asks if you would like to delete it. Protect your privacy. It's free.

ZoneAlarm: use this for your own security when you surf the internet. It's free.

Compendio Jurídico Dominicano: Estudiantes de la ley dominicana y abogados también pueden leer gratis el compendio del Dr. William C. Headrick, un abogado en Santo Domingo entre 1974 y 2002.

My old schools:
Sedbergh School: offers what is probably the best education money can buy, in a very traditional atmosphere. If you like rugby and cricket, this is the school for you. Their motto, "Dura Virum Nutrix," says it all.

University of St. Andrews: if you want to study, this is the place. The work was overwhelming, no time for golf. I spent the best two years of my life here, my reward for six years in Sedbergh. Every day in St. Andrews is like living in history. This is where I became interested in watches and clocks. Very traditional atmosphere.

College of William and Mary: alma mater of Thomas Jefferson. If you prefer work that is not overwhelming and a quiet, traditional atmosphere in the United States, this is the place.

Still have not found what you wanted? Do a search below. The same keywords will produce different results from different search engines. Note that a new window will open for each search engine, so if you choose nine search engines, nine new windows will open! I suggest the three I have checked below.
